You may actually already have the latest firmware (click the i in the top right corner - does it show firmware version ending in .29?)
If it ends in .10, you are on the older firmware so you need to upgrade. We have just sent you the email with the firmware link.

YOBIGDUSOFLY reacted to major masingil in VZW Fios Users Set-up Info - Internet Only Subscribers
VZW said the coax was needed for tv and phone. They also said we would need to keep their router if we ever wanted tech support. I didn't tell them there was a Fraser on tech support, because I figured they'd want one too

For all Fios users.  If you do not have TV or Phone services attached to your Fios subscription you can connect your R1 directly to the ONT via CAT5 or CAT6.

All you have to do is:
Run the CAT5 or 6 from the R1 to your ONT. (use CAT6 if possible - straight thru on the RJ-45 connectors ) Open up ONT and plug the new cable into the Ethernet port Call Up VZW Tech Support and ask them nicely to change the settings in your ONT to operate via Ethernet instead of Coax and tell them you want to use your own Kick A** Netduma router. Make sure you have turned off/ disconnected their Actiontec Router Connect the new Ethernet cable to Port 1 in your DUMA R1 Ask VZW Tech Support to break the lease on your IP. If you follow these instructions you should be good to go.  This improved my ping by 25-35 ms.

YOBIGDUSOFLY got a reaction from Netduma Crossy in Solution - Black Ops 3 (how to open NAT from Strict/Moderated)
I've also been able to open my NAT now. It doesn't help with lag, but it opened my NAT. I was running two routers at the time with the NetDuma being the secondary.
I removed the primary router, and now the NetDuma is my only router. I did two things. Bare in mind I was frustrated at the time so I didn't try anything else.
I removed the primary router. I double checked my download and upload speeds in the NetDuma to make sure they were correct per my ISP. I left UPnP ticked in all areas. Using the port table in my primary router as a guide I forwarded every port that the Duma had opened. I ended up opening 12 ports!
After that the NAT has remained open. I will eventually be removing the port forwarding rules as a test. If it works just as well I will leave it as is.
This was just an experiment, and it's been working so far.
