rustynailz Posted June 16, 2018 Share Posted June 16, 2018 hey guys i dont know what is going on i had to do a factory reset on the r1 and now when i try to connect my vpn constantly get communication failed to router, i have cleared cache in all browsers have tried using chrome, chrome 64bit, firefox, opera, microsft edge, i have done multiple reboots and multiple factory resets and still cant connect my vpn everything was working fine before the initial factory reset except the slow gui and geo tab wouldnt load please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This might be something NordVPN could assist with themselves. We'll take another look into this issue tomorrow and see if there's anything else we can do.
