Its bad right The quality meter was captured from Sun - Mon just gone, its like this every day now. (and people complain of lag, welcome to my world) Speed test result was also taken with no settings on the duma adjusted so no foul play. Them sending engineers etc. But in the end I manage to sort a lot. Not all of it but a lot. I even wrote a official hand written letter to VM HQ.
