MrBPaul Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 Hi I have tried various settings on my Netduma, including ones which @Netduma_Iain @Netduma _Fraser have suggested but i'm still getting destroyed in call of duty. I struggle to get a positive K/D and it's making me very frustrated. Please help me to resolve this issue as at the moment I feel like i've wasted my money on the netduma. Many thanks in advance. The router isn't designed to give you a "better K/D". It's designed to reduce lag by putting you in lobbies where the host is closer to your geolocation. The router does the job it's advertised to do. It's not going to turn you into a God player, you still have to be good at the game. I think your confused about what the Netduma will and won't do.The duma isn't gonna turn you into a beast if your a below average player.The game is still new and having tons of issues of it's own. No one can tell you what are the best settings for you and your network as everyone's will vary.I would stick with 70/70 on the sliders and tweak from there.And maybe your just getting outplayed on the game as it is new. You may be hard pressed to find a "good" gaming experience on XBL because it's horribly broken experience at the moment I played this afternoon, and had to wait at least 10 minutes to find a match with the Geo Filter on and "strict" checked + PA @ 0. Once I finally got into a match, it was horrible because almost two thirds of the players had three down to one bar, yellow to red "pings". It was so bad players were warping around the screen... Which means packet loss from some of those high ping players on their end. Not even Scumpy, nor Crimsix could go positive in a setting like that. Good thing I was not streaming because all we would see is the "Finding Match" screen and then awful, lag-filled game play - lol. Now, if you are on PSN, it's a much better experience... Mostly because I think there are just more PS4 players due to it outselling the XB1 2:1... And also because I believe Sony has added newer server farms XBL / MS don't have? If you're still having problems it may be something on your end, either jitter (packet loss), not enough bandwidth, or you are still learning the game, perhaps?
