lukasz
Hello there. First of i had locked the other thread as you ask the same question here so will try to support for here. 1.What games are you playing when that connection Happens? 2. You have to keep in mind that you can only filter you distance to the Host in Games SUCH COD. You cant stop others form across the world connecting to it. Adding to BENORMOUS suggestion if you want to learn how to use Geo to its best I recon you gave a read about this link http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=filtering_logic http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=optimising_geo_filter http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=gf_getting_started http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=gf_advanced#finding_good_connections Also is good to know hat ping asist does as its a integral part of Geo Filter http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=gf_ping_assist Now Me myself I know very little about VPN . However I have Found a setup up guide along with some other info on NetDUMA wiki so please have a read and see if that helps http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=vpn_basic_settings http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=common_vpn_errors
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted October 11, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted October 11, 2015 The guide on the Wiki shows HMA as the VPN provider but that isn't too good for gaming. You'd be better of searching in Google for 'Gaming VPNs' then checking to make sure they have a server close to you. Once you find one, make sure it has Open VPN compatibility and you should be able to use it with the Netduma One thing to be aware of is that VPN's will increase latency to the host and can often cause laggy games. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 11, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 11, 2015 Just to add, ensure strict mode is on and PA is at 0 to prevent them connecting
