Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted September 30, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted September 30, 2015 Hi Sele, welcome to the forum I'm afraid that the ping can only be fixed by your ISP. If you run the internet diagnostics early in the morning what does it say? Would you be able to press the 'Show Details' button and show the information from underneath there? PharmDawgg
Please post the details if possible as well. It will be very helpful. Thanks.
Buds
It might not actually be an issue. The Netduma diagnostics ping Google servers. Your ping result could just be a result of a google server being far away. Your local test to a server in Riyadh indicates your ping may be OK. Zennon
Nat type 2 means you are behind another router and your Nat is open, this is correct.
