Hi Sele, welcome to the forum :)

I'm afraid that the ping can only be fixed by your ISP. If you run the internet diagnostics early in the morning what does it say? Would you be able to press the 'Show Details' button and show the information from underneath there? :)

It might not actually be an issue. The Netduma diagnostics ping Google servers. Your ping result could just be a result of a google server being far away.

Your local test to a server in Riyadh indicates your ping may be OK.

I have another question if you allow me to ask

Is it possible to get nat type 1 with netduma in ps4 and how  :D

Nat type 2 means you are behind another router and your Nat is open, this is correct.

How do I know  sorry  :(

When in a game, go the GeoFilter, make sure your console is added a device, click the largest circle then click ping on the box that appears :) It will show the ping to the host.

its 30ms

Oh, well that isn't bad at all - your games should be lag free? Don't worry about what the Netduma internet diagnostics is saying. As Buds said, in your case it is incorrect :)

Hey, you get nat type 1 if you plug your console directly to your modem... That means without any router inbetwean...

And your modem must be in bridgemode... But than you are exposed to the internet without any Firewall... And nat type 1 doesnt help at all
