bennedict69 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 I connected the router with the given setup it came with. I use an Xfinity Gateway modem/router. When I go to the geo filter. None of my friends are showing up on the map. No one is showing up. At some point by changing some settings, they then show up as dormant red hosts. It is inconsistent. My brother lives in the same town as I do, and he has this router. He sees everyone fine. I am chatting with them on PS4, but nothing shows up on netduma. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, please advise. Thanks.
PharmDawgg Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Are you using Internet Exlplorer? If so the R1 does not work well with it. The best browsers to use are Chrome and Firefox. In that order.

bennedict69 Posted September 15, 2015 Author Posted September 15, 2015 I tried downloading that .sig file, but I don't have a program that reads it. I also don't have any boxes named 'peer ping'. Also, don't know if it matters, but under select service, for my PS4 I only have the option of unnamed device. But I am now using google chrome.

Read the rest of the article and it will explain what to do with the file
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 15, 2015 Administrators Posted September 15, 2015 The unnamed device may be your console, go into network settings on the console and see if the IP from there matches it in device manager
