As some of the other guys I have said, it sounds like something is not quite working correctly as your experience differs from everyone else. You've been very conscientious in trying to fix any issues e.g by reading the wiki, so I recommend the next step is for Fraser, our head of tech support, to have a 1-1 with you tomorrow to see if he can find anything amiss. Let us know in this thread if you're happy with that - it should take
