The ISP provided modem/router is set to default. It's menus are heavily modified to prevent it from being tampered or configured.

It could be that blocking it, do you get an open NAT through the R3?

I'm getting NAT type 2.

That means you're behind a router so could be open but not necessarily, does any game like CoD show open or moderate, strict?

Sorry, but I don't play COD or any FPS games. Currently playing Gundam Battle Operation 2 and that game doesn't have an option to show open or moderate.
