Is every device connected to the r3? Did you set ping optimizer to always instead of auto when you do these tests?

I have the same problem i set to always nothing change @Aspect of Wrath

@Mach3rYou won’t get accurate results if the speed test bypass is enabled. You need to disable it. Also, set the congestion control mode to "Always On."

What do mean bypass is enabled @DARKNESS

Cela signifie qu’un test de vitesse (reconnu par la DPI) contourne les règles ABB mise en place avec le pourcentage !

Il faut le désactiver quand vous voulez tester l’efficacité d’ABB

ABB = AntiBufferBload

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Are ALL devices connected to the R3?

Are the speeds you pay for/receive 1000/100?

How have you setup Congestion Control?

Do you have to put r3 in DMZ mode too or just putting modem/router in bridge mode will do?

Can you put it in modem or bridge mode or does it have an exposed host option? Alternatively you can port forward 1 - 65535 TCP/UDP to the R3 to achieve the same effect. Once you've done that it should behave better. Also 70% is a good starting point but you may find other percentages work better for your connection

Please Google your ISP and double check if it has bridge mode, pppoe, or dmz because you do not want double nat for gaming. After that try manually adjusting your congestion control instead of getting ping optomizer to adjust congestion automatically.
