Hey Fraser any way you could add me to new firmware and help me figure out why my Internet keeps dropping out on my stream pc and then my gaming pc while I’m streaming. I have no issues with disconnects when I don’t stream? I have 30-40 mb upload. This has been happening for months

Added, try the new firmware and if it continues please create a new topic and grab the logs from just after it happens

@Netduma Fraser

Hello Fraser, but what's the new firmware I tested? Is it still out?

There isn't a new firmware currently, the firmware pinned to the top of the Early Access sub forum is the latest

I've restarted my router five times already and it keeps telling me that some functions aren't working.

I press ‘Continue anyway’ and it loads, but I can't do anything. It's been like this since I installed the v4.0.645 update.

Safari forces HTTPS so try a different browser please, check if that browser forces HTTPS and if so disable it for the interface. If it still occurs could you change the LAN IP of the router back to default and see if that works better please?

So my next question would be, how do I get an open NAT type? Enabling UPnP doesn't work; it only recognizes two ports, 9308 and 3074 UDP, but nothing else that leads to an open NAT type.

Disable UPnP, put the PlayStation in the DMZ, and set the Fritzbox router to Netduma as an exposed host.

What about the option?

Where are you checking the NAT Type exactly?

Hi duma family. I have a question for you. After downloading the trial version, what program should I use to open the file? I don't want to do anything wrong.

Hi!

The firmware update is done via the R3 GUI!

Once the firmware is downloaded, go to the R3 GUI and follow the video screenshot:

Exactly as above, let us know if you have any issues

The problem is, which program should I use to open the file? Because it opens the update file directly with "notepad" and gives an error while installing.

You don't use a program to open the file, you access the interface and upload it to the router like the video above

Do I need to reset the factory settings twice or is once enough? @Netduma Fraser

It's not required but once would be enough after the update has fully completed

My first impression is that the previous version had occasional problems with ping optimization. QoS wasn't working. Currently, ping optimization doesn't work at all in this version, QoS is working i set it manualy

We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable currently and we're looking to fix that for the next version. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effect which can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
