Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 2 Administrators Share Posted November 2 If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then. merthaw Posted November 2 Author Share Posted November 2 I'm afraid there's no way to do this. I contacted my ISP who said that the modem (model ET2251) is already in bridge mode and there's no way to access a DMZ function because there's no way to adjust the modem settings. Zippy Posted November 2 Share Posted November 2 The ET2251 is a pure modem only.. It will always have an Open NAT.. its not a router.. Your issue is not the modem.. Its either a setting in your R3 like possibly the Geo filter is blocking or something upnp isnt picking up.. What are you playing on PC? You might have to resort to port forwarding.. Thanks! Zippy.
