Interesting, not sure I've seen it on the in built test as well, presumably when that happens you receive full speeds from your modem

Okay so just on third party speed tests, speed test on the router reads correct and you're receiving correct speeds from the modem at the time of the issue? exodus1337

Over the course of 4 or 5 days the speeds go from around 850-900Mbps Down and 300 Mpbs Up ... Down to 200Mbps down and 50Mbps Up.. Prior to this update this really wasnt happening. I know ISP can have issues sometimes but I never had any like this prior.. Ever since the update I have to reboot the router every 5 days or so.. I'm experiencing something similar. At first I thought it was my ISP, but now it's like the third time it has happened for me and a reboot always fixes it. 4.0.236 version exodus1337

So after the R3 has been powered on for a few days - 4 or 5, as the other poster stated sounds about right- DL speeds will be drastically reduced. It happened again yesterday when I was downloading a file from Mega.nz and the speeds were significantly lower than usual. It looked like they were capped at around 8 MB/s even though I should get way more than that. The most recent speed test I did (via DumaOS interface) says my download speed is 881 Mbps. Hi again, I'm returning with two more screenshots. first one was taken when the issue was happening - Download speed was barely around 15MB/s. Second screenshot was after a reboot. Also after rebooting, the speed improved massively, it was up to 100MB/s. Stanlee
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 31 Administrators Share Posted August 31 CPU is higher after the reboot so CPU doesn't seem to be a factor in it, everything looks normal there. At least we know where not to look, thank you, the team will take a look at the logs you provided before. Kris

Fuzy
You can try by selecting a server on ping heatmap and running a speed test, then just look at the ping variation on the server and adjust ping optimizer until there is no more variation! Enregistrement 2024-09-04 190008.mp4 I took a shortcut at 50% but you can then increase to see the break!

Kris
Hi @Netduma Fraser, something weird just happened with my R3. I was playing the BO6 beta on PC. Suddenly the game froze and I got disconnected. Internet completely stopped working on my PC. No connection. DumaOS interface was inaccessible. But here's the thing, my phone which was connected via Wifi, still had connection. I double checked, it wasn't my ISP. I rebooted the router manually and the connection came back to the PC, however I still wasn't able to use the DumaOS interface. It only loaded to the main page and I couldn't go to the geo filter, device manager or any other tab. I rebooted manually for the 2nd time and now everything works properly. Well never mind.I have access to the internet, but the dumaOS interface is still borked...Not working properly. Takes quite long to load and I can't access different settings. Could you record what is happening using https://jam.dev please? That would really help us figure out what may be happening.
