Okay so just on third party speed tests, speed test on the router reads correct and you're receiving correct speeds from the modem at the time of the issue?

So after the R3 has been powered on for a few days - 4 or 5, as the other poster stated sounds about right- DL speeds will be drastically reduced. It happened again yesterday when I was downloading a file from Mega.nz and the speeds were significantly lower than usual. It looked like they were capped at around 8 MB/s even though I should get way more than that. The most recent speed test I did (via DumaOS interface) says my download speed is 881 Mbps.

Hi, I believe it's happening again so I took a screenshot of the CPU usage while downloading a 20GB file.

Hi again, I'm returning with two more screenshots.

first one was taken when the issue was happening - Download speed was barely around 15MB/s. Second screenshot was after a reboot. Also after rebooting, the speed improved massively, it was up to 100MB/s.

CPU is higher after the reboot so CPU doesn't seem to be a factor in it, everything looks normal there. At least we know where not to look, thank you, the team will take a look at the logs you provided before.

Você pode instalar o firmware usando atualização de um clique. Basta abrir o DumaOS e procurar o ícone verde "Atualização disponível".

Se o ícone não estiver lá, o firmware ainda não foi implementado na sua unidade. Você pode instalar manualmente baixando o arquivo abaixo, depois vá para Configurações > Solução de problemas > Carregar firmware e carregue o arquivo.

Você precisa fazer login no fórum antes de poder baixar este arquivo. Se não quiser criar uma conta, use a atualização de um clique, conforme descrito acima.

Ruim que não funciona o otimizados de ping

You can try by selecting a server on ping heatmap and running a speed test, then just look at the ping variation on the server and adjust ping optimizer until there is no more variation!

 

I took a shortcut at 50% but you can then increase to see the break!

Mine is the same 4/5 days reboot to fix slowing speeds. Firmware is public installed when the router said there was a new one 🤷

I can't read the error, is this accessing the interface or just when running Ping Optimizer?

Hi @Netduma Fraser, something weird just happened with my R3. I was playing the BO6 beta on PC. Suddenly the game froze and I got disconnected. Internet completely stopped working on my PC. No connection. DumaOS interface was inaccessible.But here's the thing, my phone which was connected via Wifi, still had connection. I double checked, it wasn't my ISP.

I rebooted the router manually and the connection came back to the PC, however I still wasn't able to use the DumaOS interface. It only loaded to the main page and I couldn't go to the geo filter, device manager or any other tab.

I rebooted manually for the 2nd time and now everything works properly. Well never mind.I have access to the internet, but the dumaOS interface is still borked...Not working properly. Takes quite long to load and I can't access different settings.

I went to sleep, and today when I opened the interface everything was working correctly. I'll record next time when/if it happens again.
