I have the new update but I’m still having this problem where my router will not let me login unless I reboot or reset my router

What new update specifically? What do you see when trying to login?

I have update 4.0.219 when I try to login it takes a long time and it’s not showing every feature on the login page

With this new update my router works for a couple hours then back to the same problem

Did you factory reset after? If not it would be a good idea to do so

In that couple of hours timeframe where it is working, are you changing anything on the router? What kind of web traffic is happening?

There is no web traffic it’s just my Xbox or PlayStation sometimes my phone or desktop for updates on the r3 I don’t know the exact time frame when it disconnects but I can tell when I’m playing apex or cod when it happens. Is there a recommended web browser I should use when updating? Because I been using safari

I think Safari forces HTTPS now which the interface wouldn't work well with but any Chromium browser should be fine. That could help with the issue potentially.

Is there a way to ship my router back to see if you guys can fix my problem I like this router when it’s working properly

We don't do that no, we're aware of the issue though and looking into it so should have a permanent fix soon
