Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 14 Administrators Share Posted July 14 In that couple of hours timeframe where it is working, are you changing anything on the router? What kind of web traffic is happening?
KG1259
There is no web traffic it’s just my Xbox or PlayStation sometimes my phone or desktop for updates on the r3 I don’t know the exact time frame when it disconnects but I can tell when I’m playing apex or cod when it happens. Is there a recommended web browser I should use when updating? Because I been using safari
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 14 Administrators Share Posted July 14 I think Safari forces HTTPS now which the interface wouldn't work well with but any Chromium browser should be fine. That could help with the issue potentially.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 18 Administrators Share Posted July 18 We don't do that no, we're aware of the issue though and looking into it so should have a permanent fix soon
