justinzepeda13 Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 Hello - I recently purchased my Netduma R3 and although the setup process worked, the app stopped syncing with my router and every time I try to use the app and sign in it says "Internal Server Error." This has been the case for about a week now. Please help. Thanks. Also, not sure what happened, but when I originally purchased the Netduma - I never received confirmation emails, I checked all folders in my inbox and nothing.

Try deleting the app and re-installing. I think there is some cache issue going on.
justinzepeda13 Posted April 9, 2024 Author Posted April 9, 2024 That was the first thing I did, but it didn't resolve the issue. It also sucks that when you delete the app, all of my devices got removed from the Netduma wifi. Has anything else worked for you?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 9, 2024 Administrators Posted April 9, 2024 Are you able to access the interface via a web browser when you get this error? It's just an app for changing settings, it wouldn't impact anything just by uninstalling it
justinzepeda13 Posted April 9, 2024 Author Posted April 9, 2024 No I’m unable to. Not sure why it started happening. Can yo share the url for the web browser?
justinzepeda13 Posted April 9, 2024 Author Posted April 9, 2024 When I try and remove the app I get this and then my phone is taken off from the wifi and I have to reset everything back up.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 9, 2024 Administrators Posted April 9, 2024 So try http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos That makes absolutely no sense, it's just uninstalling the app from the phone not uninstalling the router software. What firmware version are you on currently?
justinzepeda13 Posted April 9, 2024 Author Posted April 9, 2024 I tried accessing on desktop and got this error message.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 9, 2024 Administrators Posted April 9, 2024 Give the router a reboot and see if you can then access via both methods please
justinzepeda13 Posted April 13, 2024 Author Posted April 13, 2024 How do I reboot the router - can you give instructions?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 13, 2024 Administrators Posted April 13, 2024 The above or press the power button on the back of the router or in Settings > Troubleshooting
