Hard to tell with consoles and the latency at the top said n/a so wasn't sure if things were setup correctly.

Activision has current problems with the software. Everyone has lost the ping counter N/A, but everything can be seen in the settings of the game itself. When the match starts, you go to Game settings: Account and network, and in the right corner of the screen there are latency numbers (ping).

You can also turn on the connection meter in Settings/Interface
