Duma OS banable after Battle.net terms update?

I waited a day to post this because I wanted to think about it for a day because it really sounds like a bombshell.  I do however think that I do need to post it as it could have real implications for everyone using Duma OS to try to improve their experience in Call of Duty.  Yesterday I was logging into battle.net to run MW3 and saw that I had to agree to terms of service.  I decided to read through them to see what new ways they may be invading users privacy (as they data mine their clients to sell the info to the highest bidder :) As I read through I saw a section talking about how any hardware or software used to change or alter a users connection to the servers could be bannable.  This sounds to me that its not just using a VPN but using a router or router software designed to change your latency to server.  SO, in recap, all the features that we purchased this router for could now be grounds for being banned and loosing the account that we need to play the games that we bought the router for in the first place......  something to consider.  Now that I have posed this question, each end user can choose weather or not to inform themselves on this and then make a decision based on being fully informed.

I suspect this is more about DDoSing, lag switching etc as the router is a router, it provides internet, it determines what you can and can't connect to, nothing that could be detected as wrongdoing there

Just run your network on HybridVPN when it comes available on the next update. This will ensure your data is encrypted and as long as you are running though a tunnel you traffic will just show what you want them to see even if they decide to be extra about the duma router.
