Frequent disconnects latest FW

Hey there, I keep getting disconnects every 2/3 hours, then it slowly starts to get skip on game. 
 

no qos, all lan from my console. WiFi also starts dropping.

 

is there a newer firmware that fixes the disconnects?

The latest one, not the beta.

I had the same problem you are having... I reinstalled v4.0.20 and all the disconnects have stoped for me.....

We need to figure out what is the most stable firmware version.

He’s on the R2 not R3

Do you still have access to the interface when it happens? If so can you get the logs from the System Information please when it occurs again please? Do you notice any pattern with it happening other than length of time?
