ZOROSLAYzZ Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 i don't know why but ever since the recent .41 firmware i have been constantly losing connection to mw3 and blizzard ever since i upgraded to lastest firmware .41
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 8, 2024 Administrators Posted February 8, 2024 When this happens do you see anything blocked on the Geo-Filter map at all? Do you mean that you're losing connection in the menu or when you're in a game?
ZOROSLAYzZ Posted February 9, 2024 Author Posted February 9, 2024 i see none of blocked severs in the filter i'll be in a game and it will constantly give me error code you have been disconnected from call of duty server and you have lost connection to blizzard i'm lucky if i can play one full game without being disconnected from call of duty server and blizzard this has been going on since i updated firmware .41
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 9, 2024 Administrators Posted February 9, 2024 Could you get the log from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced when it happens again please and it may tell me more
ZOROSLAYzZ Posted February 9, 2024 Author Posted February 9, 2024 how do you do that get log from settings ?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10, 2024 Administrators Posted February 10, 2024 The log wouldn't solve the issue, if you provide it to us it will give us more information (hopefully) about why it may be happening

ZOROSLAYzZ Posted February 11, 2024 Author Posted February 11, 2024 i can try bro will i lose connection if i do that ? and how do i disable those ?
ZOROSLAYzZ Posted February 11, 2024 Author Posted February 11, 2024 i disabled UPnP but i dont have option to disable port forward
ZOROSLAYzZ Posted February 11, 2024 Author Posted February 11, 2024 @Netduma Fraser i disabled UPnP i still keep losing connection to mw3 server i don't know what's going on
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 11, 2024 Administrators Posted February 11, 2024 You'd need to port forward the ports manually. Could you disable the Geo-Filter please just in case that's causing it
