DOGGAVELI
@PaddyDownload the latest firmware which is 4.0.23 https://forum.netduma.com/forum/149-netduma-r3-v4023/ Once downloaded on your R3 select Trouble Shooting and then upload firmware. If it doesn't work the first time reboot your R3 then try again once it's up and running. The auto update firmware does work. PharmDawgg

BadBill_UK
Click the lines as in video and menu that pops up on left look right at the bottom you will see settings. Click settings and again right at bottom of menu is trouble shooting.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 18 Administrators Share Posted January 18 Glad to hear you got it sorted. To answer your question about why it's not showing on the router, it was a firmware made on the last day before the holidays, had there been any major issues with it and we made it available for everyone there would be no one in to fix it for 3 weeks and would be a major disaster. So I just provided it to people manually over the holidays and monitored the feedback. All seems good so I put it up there on the latest. I suspect the team won't want to push it when everyone is expecting new firmware now. emma787
