I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset

May I get the .23 update as well?

I wish we could get the the one that fixes the CPU spiking to 100% as I get more consistent gameplay on my ASUS router.  I feel like its causing desync.

also, on this new FW can steadyping stay permanently disabled instead of randomly turning back on?

It won't be long for that now.

It should stay disabled as long as you don't reboot it but we're aware of that. I don't know everything that will be included yet.

How is it exactly the same if it was supposed to fix some of the ping issues and we are already on .23?

Not sure what you mean, .23 was made before the holidays, it wasn't pushed to routers, that close to the holidays it would have been a risk to do so. That's why I manually gave it out and monitored, it hasn't seemed to cause any issues. New firmware is still on the way.

New firmware is on the way, I don't know if all fixes will be in it or they'll be doing multiple over the coming days/weeks

I get what you mean about it being on its way but did you not say above the new one will be .23 or did I misread that? If it’s . 23 and we already have the one you gave out how does that affect it do we upload a new version or what? Not sure if I’m making to much sense there.

Unsure of what the new firmware designation will be but it will not be 4.0.23 and it will probably be pushed to our R3's.

I don't know what number it'll be until they've compiled fixes into a build but it won't 23, as above it'll be a higher number .29 for example. There is no need to re-upgrade to the same firmware .23

When will the next update be??? Can you guys fix it where the USB port is usable for like a storage Drive or to give the router more ram or something

Expected this week. It's been requested for the USB port to have some functionality, anything like that will be awhile off

It has a functionality I use it for cooling connected to my USB-fan 🙂
