Hello @lucakusej

Sorry to hear your having this issue..

Netduma support is currently away for the Holidays but periodically @Netduma Fraser will check in off and on to try and assist people..

So have you made it through the setup wizard?  Since you just got your router Fraser may need to give you an updated firmware.. He will be able to give you better instructions to further assist you..

Hang in there and they will try and get you up and running asap.. Happy Holidays..

Zippy.

Are you connected via WiFi to the R3 or via ethernet on the R3 as you shouldn't have internet without completing the setup wizard. How is the R3 connected to your modem exactly?

Yes but do you have a device connected to the R3 specifically via one of those methods? Once you can access you can go through the wizard

ahh so you mean i need to connect lets say a computer via ethernet cable to be able to get access to the dashboard?

all i have connected is the modem like in the picture down below.

but still, if i connect my iphone or imac with the modem netdumar3 wirelessly i have access to the internet except to the dashboard duma os.

Thank you for the picture, the way you have it connected, that ethernet cable needs to be in the blue port on the R3. It makes sense now why you have internet that way but it's not in the way that you should. Once you correct the cable and connect to the R3 via WiFi or ethernet and try to access the interface does it then work and can you complete the Setup Wizard?
