i contacted activison support because im getting bad packet loss in my games and they told me to After this, I recommend that you use Google's public DNS: Go to the network settings on the console. Manually configure the DNS settings with the following: Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8.8 / Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4. How would i be able to do this in the netduma router?

Would have to agree on the above, that won't be the cause.

Are you just measuring the packet loss in the game, have you seen it elsewhere?

Could you complete a Connection Benchmark test and provide a screenshot of the completed results please?
