Smart Qos not working

I have Smart qos enabled but doesnt seem to work. Please may you help?

I seem to have fixed this issue but now when i prioritise anything it just comes under the category "unknown"

Yeah I was going to say, looks like it is restricting the speeds as expected there! What are you trying to prioritize exactly?

My Ps5.
But i think its a bit glitched or something isnt quite working as nothing is being detected apart from 'unknow' activity.
Ive tried numerous tests for my download but its not fixing my ping under load

Did you do a factory reset after upgrading at all?

Just did another and seems to of fixed the UI a bit

Does that include Unknown on live data that has been fixed?

@Jakerod12Do a device manager re sync that should bring you up to date with the most recent cloud updates though there are certain games not on the list and they'll appear as unknown and not be prioritized unless you force prioritize the device. That why it recommended to add them to the DPI if you want them to be detected etc...
