1. Delete offline devices in the Device Manager menu, then if any come up as unnamed check the IP it shows with the IP on the device and re-name it.
2. What makes you think the static IPs aren't working exactly?
3. If you set the static IPs it can help prevent that issue, otherwise make sure you add all devices with static/reserved IPs then you can disable DHCP entirely.
4. You don't need to worry about the logs, they're primarily for devs and show normal background processes.
5. By reset do you mean reboot and are you doing that by unplugging the router? Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it prevents it going forward.

1 i have yet try .. Delete ..resync etc not work ..many user have this problem . I must use "network scan " app on device )smartphone for search device , isn't normal this 

2 - i mean that i assign static ip in table ( pictures) and in pc or otherwise there is DHCP but router not assign that ip in table ( i have try delete , rewrite , reboot all device ), sometime work , sometime no 

3- i can't disable DHCP , example : my station weather and echo this morning was offline , other device online .. If assign ip static work , if i put dhcp router dont put ip

4- i never see that error , maybe is some error that put problem with ip dhcp (//usr/bin/dpiclas dead what mean ..is normal , i dont think )

5- i want reset router. I can't because, after 30 seconds reset (or reset in setting ) appears always "dumaos not loading" on boot ,  i can only continue if o restore old backup ..i have try remove power 10 minutes , restart , reset , wait 4 minutes , wait 1 hours etc , always "dumaos not loading " in different device or incognito Chrome 

 

My oldest ddwrt was a lot better of this without problem ..i must restart router daily? If yes put restart time option?

 

There is a new firmware or some mod firmware  or i must do hard reset with tftp?? I can't continue in this way, i m not alone at home

1. Are the devices all directly connected to the router or are they connected via switches, extenders etc? Once you've renamed them all once you don't need to do it again.
2. Then it won't be a rule to the correct device - if you're connected devices via 2.4/5GHz or ethernet i.e. you've connected them via different methods then they will have different MAC addresses. So you may have reserved an IP for the 2.4GHz connection for that device but not the ethernet connection if that makes sense.
3. If you do #2 correctly then you can disable DHCP and it will work. Any new devices you would need to set a reserved/static IP on the device itself first to connect to the router then you can make the rule on the router.
4. It's not a problem, it's a normal background process.
5. By reset do you mean a reboot or a factory reset as there is a big difference. 

There isn't and is very unlikely to be a schedule reboot option for it, no new firmware. I don't think it's necessary in this case to use TFTP.
