What is the functionality of adding a server to the list? What happens after adding? In a youtube video, a guy did this.

Yes, Xr1000 has this feature. Thank you for clearing my doubt. Now I get it.

It's a way to make a custom list so instead of pinging CoD as a whole you can select your list and for example only have all the low ping servers you know of shown, then you can use this to inform your Geo-Filter settings.
