R2 no internet connection while connected via LAN

Hello I’ve had an issue with my R2 router for a week now and cannot seem to fix. I went to load up DumaOS and it disconnected me from the internet (on a wired connection) and has since not let me reconnect via wifi or LAN. I’ve restarted my modem multiple times and my R2 router also, followed all troubleshooting tips and still nothing. I get to this point of the wizard screen but it doesn’t load anything past this black screen reading DumaOS. Caches have been cleared and I’ve tried on an incognito browser As well. I’ve attached photos of my screen with the black screen and also a photo of my IPConfig setup in CMD. I would’ve posted this on the forum but I am not receiving a confirmation email to register. Hope you can get back to me with a fix.

 

I've also set a static IP on my pc since this issue has arose, managed to get into the setup wizard, complete the initial steps but when it says take this short tour I'm met with the black dumaos screen once again seemingly refreshing endlessly
