Anything on my ISP's end that I could get changed to prevent occasional disconnects?

There doesn't appear to be anything in there that suggests a problem, apart from one feature not responding to a monitoring app. Although that feature shouldn't bare any relevance to a disconnection. It's worth also noting we're expecting to start testing a new XR1000 firmware soon, there have been multiple issues identified and resolved with the version you're running currently.

I'll pass your logs on to a developer to see if they can see anything we can't.

Alright so i just had it happen, and i've been running continuous ping to my router for the past day and a half, with time stamps, and this is how it looks

At the same time as that "general failure" this shows up in the logs in settings on my router.

[DHCP IP: (192.168.1.31)] to MAC address D8:BB:C1:CD:9A:BE, Thursday, Jan 19,2023 19:26:40

EDIT:  I also just happened to look into the ping results (it gets saved to a text note automatically)  and noticed this

Exactly 12 hours before, general failure.

At this exact moment I was disconnected from online cod.

Any idea what this means? or why it done it? that mac and IP is for my PC that I'm using when it happened

It looks as though it's re-assigning the same IP to your PC with DHCP, causing that one packet to fail. It makes sense that it would do this every 12 hours.

Can you check Settings -> Setup -> LAN Setup and confirm that your PC definitely has that IP reserved for it?

This is how it's setup, except with the IP shown above ^^^  (I"m at work so only have this screenshot from when i set it up previously)

Not it's the same setup and settings, just with the mentioned IP from above ^^  with most other devices assigned their own IP's as well, none of which have the same IP as my PC

Looks like you've assigned a different IP than it had before so reboot the router, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it still disconnects.

No the first pic was an older photo, just to show that i had it set up correctly, as far as setting a IP on Wan Settings page.

I've had the .31 IP set for it for weeks now.   I was just at work so couldn't take a current  picture until i was back home this morning.  Which i did and added to show current settings, all of which have been set for weeks/months now

It happened a few days ago, while connected through ethernet.   When it happened my GF and her little sibling were in the living room playing fortnite and never once disconnected

Is there any software, or tool that you know about that i could purchase or download that can detect the issue?
That i can constantly have running and it detect the exact issue when the disconnect happens?

OK, so it's just the one device that's having problems then, correct?

A packet capture may help, the issue with that is that you can't really leave that running consistently as it'll be massive.
