You may need to manually select which router you're trying to log in to rather than having it detect it automatically. Which firmware version are you running on the XR?

Does the app work with xr500 current latest firmware, I've tried the ping optimizer quick and full and nothing happening. I've tried the speed test, ping test and ping heat map nothing works, what I'm doing wrong. What's priority boost for

So the app has some 3.2 features which the XR500 doesn't have currently so there will be parts you're not able to use properly but the 500 update that will compliment the app isn't far off now.
madman123 Posted November 4, 2022 Author Posted November 4, 2022 I'm trying to use ping optimizer, speed test, and ping heat map. Are none of these features up and running yet. I have the xr500 set at 70 on congestion control and my ping under load on test shows D and u guys say its being worked on and it's been over a year, and asked netduma guys before and auto setup feature wasn't available. So now trying the app and features dont work.

For Ping Under Load adjust Congestion Control percentages while set to Always and see what improves the results
