My XR1000 is unable to use, please help to solve this issue

How did you factory reset the XR1000? I would suggest doing this by holding the reset pin on the back for thirty seconds. Then wait 5 minutes and access the interface to set it up again.

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

Could you change the router interface language back to English, reboot, wait 2 minutes then see if it loads correctly please?

Are you using Armor? If so please disable it using the Nighthawk mobile app, reboot, wait 2 minutes then try again please.

OK, in that case I'd suggest downgrading to the previous firmware version, factory resetting the XR1000 on that version, then check to see if you're still having the problem.

If you're not, go ahead and upgrade again without factory resetting afterwards.
