Is the address showing on the offline device definitely still the same as the address your PC actually has?

If not, can you check the other devices showing as online and check that none of those are your PC? It may be that after you set the static IP, Device Manager saw it as a new device by mistake.

I checked other online devices and they are all different IP addresses. I’m not home right now but I will check if my pc has the same ip as what shows on the netduma site.. incase it does not how can I fix this ?

When you turn off your PC do you leave it in a standby mode? If so reboot the PC, then see if it appears online please.

If you do a speedtest on the PC does the PC switch to online? Do you have a specialized gaming ethernet adapter on the PC? Are you using Armor?

The ethernet adapter on your PC, is it specialized such as a Killerethernet for example?

Not on the interface, speedtest.net

I ran the Speedtest and it still shows offline…as far for my internet adapter it says killer e3100g 2.5 gigabit Ethernet

Interesting, OK as a test, can you open the interface in Google Chrome, hit F12 in the browser to open the developer console, then under the Network tab tick 'Disable Cache'. Now, run another speedtest from the PC using speedtest.net or something and refresh the device manager page while you're doing this. Does the PC show as online?

I just set a different IP address on my pc and all of a sudden it’s online now

OK, did you set that statically in Windows or through DumaOS? If you now revert that static IP does it still work?
