Blocked device not showing up on netduma

I blocked a laptop a few weeks ago on my netduma,and now,I cannot find it to unblock it.What do I need to do to solve this problem? thank you

Hey, welcome to the forum!

What router are you using? Did you do so from the Device Manager? If so then it should appear with a black circle instead of red like the other devices.

You would just see it on the Device Manager page, should be pretty clear, can you provide a screenshot of the page?

You're on a very old version of the firmware, I would suggest upgrading to the latest https://kb.netgear.com/000064857/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-134

I did upgrade a long ago,but geo filter and other things were not working properly,thats why I kept an old version

Also,sometimes,I try to login,and sends me to the netgear website,any tips to fix that? I try to login to the router,and sends me to the netgear website and then Im not able to login,thanks

Use 192.168.1.1 to access the interface instead and it should resolve that. It may not have worked as you should do a factory reset after the upgrade has completely finished

Yeah, that should look the same as the DumaOS interface. You can either use routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1. They're the same.

when I use the 192.168.1.1 , it brings me to the page to reset the router,not to login.... Im trying to login right,and it does not work.

there are no devices in black as you said it would have....I just updated tho

Did you factory reset. You need to do that and set up as new. Your client will then show up.

I just did a factory reset,and I still cannot see the device that I blocked weeks ago....also,I cannot add my pc as a console anymore....there is no devices in black on my device manager....I already regret upgrading the firmware lol

On this version,I cannot add my pc as a console,and that is the reason why ,if I geo filter to some regions,it wont find a game.....

my pc is on ethernet.... the blocked device cannot connect to the internet
idk whats the security protocol....all I want is to unblock de device that I blocked a long ago.

On a reset it wipes all previous info. 
 

have you tried a different Ethernet cable?

why would I have to use a new ethernet cable???? it makes no sense.... I need help but I guess Im just wasting my time at this point...

If the routers not seeing the connection you need to trouble shoot it. First try a different cable to check that’s not an issue. If it was a common issue you would see it on the forum all the time so it’s unique to your setup so first step is to check connectivity

As above, if you did a factory reset and went through the Setup Wizard then the device wouldn't be blocked/appear black on the Device Manager. What is preventing you adding the PC as a console exactly?

what do I need to do to see the blocked device that I asked before? setup wizard? do I run it auto or set it up myself?

when I go to add device,I see my pc,but I cannot choose it as a console/ps4...on the older version,I was able to
