Netduma Liam
Have you upgraded the R2 recently? If so did you factory reset it afterwards? Could you try accessing the interface from a different browser you don't typically use and see if it loads properly there?

Did you have to complete the setup wizard again? Could you please hit F12 on the DumaOS page, then in the Dev tools click the Network Tab, then tick Disable Cache. Then refresh the page and see if the issue persists?

jame0174
I was wondering if i can use both r2 and xr1000 at the same time.My modem cm1200 has for Ethernet ports i can leave the xr1000 hooked up for my wife and i would use the r2.So that way i dont have to keep unhooking and rehooking the routers up if possable
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 17, 2022 Administrators Share Posted August 17, 2022 You can't have multiple devices connected to a pure modem directly but you could do CM1200 > R2 > XR1000 (AP mode) and that would work just fine! jame0174
So i put the xr1000 in ap mode and hooke the r2 to that. Do i use wan or just an open Ethernet port
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 17, 2022 Administrators Share Posted August 17, 2022 So modem LAN port to R2 internet/WAN port then an R2 LAN port to the XR internet/WAN port and then set the XR to AP mode and you're good to go
