Does this still occur if you are connected directly to the modem instead of the R2? Have you set your own DNS settings on the R2 or on your PC at all? Netduma Liam
Can you try completely disabling QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control and see if it works then?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 24, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 24, 2022 Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access, go through the wizard then see if it is working. A factory reset is a good idea after an update as it removes any remnants from the previous version that may linger and cause issues.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 25, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 25, 2022 Okay interesting, in Network Settings on the R2, on the WAN side under network, is Use upstream DNS toggled on? If it is toggle it off then toggle on DNS Override and put 1.1.1.1 in primary DNS & 1.0.0.1 in secondary DNS, save network and see if it works then

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 26, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 26, 2022 A secondary DNS is important because it takes over if the primary DNS fails e.g. if the server goes down, the secondary DNS still uses the same company e.g. Cloudflare or Google, if you're not putting it in and primary goes down that could be related to the issue. Setting on the PC works but doing so on the router doesn't? Could you provide a screenshot of how it is set please?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 26, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 26, 2022 We've seen a similar issue with someone else so we'll take a look, in the meantime use DNS on the device itself to ensure a stable connection.
