crunkjuice1
While updating my dns servers with the xr500 I stumbled upon within the advance settings tab QOS tagging options. I understand that the router does it’s job with it’s built in QOS services but what about DSCP and WMM tagging within the console? Do I leave them unchecked? Does using them at the same time as the xr500 QOS being active cause issues? Can they run at the same time? https://gaming-age.com/2022/05/xbox-may-update-includes-ability-to-create-share-view-stories-in-the-xbox-app-qos-tagging/amp/
crunkjuice1
Found a video explaining WMM https://internet-access-guide.com/wmm-on-or-off-for-gaming/ they discuss how this QOS is in relation with netgear routers
Netduma Liam
They're quite new settings and we haven't tested them extensively yet. Feel free to have a play with them and see if it affects you, it's certainly not going to break anything don't worry.

Alias 1aB
connection seemed more stable to me with both of those settings non-checked on the xbox series X with a R2 router. again that is my situation. as Liam said, no true data on how that new option affects things.
