Burger100
Hi there hope you folks are safe and well, i am having an issue connecting the be loader to the R2 everything is set up correctly and as it should be but its just not connecting. Am wondering if the R2 is somehow not communicating with the be loader, just to add i do the exact same set up / steps with my Sky hub and the be loader works no problems. Can anyone shed a bit of light on this thanks in advance.

Can you send them over to we can take a look?
Burger100
Yes they require the Ps5 to be on a wired connection and the be loader to be on the 2.4Ghz on the same network to allow the be loader to communicate though the remote play on the Ps5. As i say on my Sky hub/network connects no problems but on the duma it will not connect i am wondering if there is something blocking the be loader even though it shows up in the device manager on the duma interface. Netduma Liam
OK cool so it's successfully connecting to the R2. Let's try disabling QoS as a test. To do this, please go to QoS and click the three-line menu in the top left of Congestion Control. From here you can disable QoS. Try that and see if the be loader is working. Burger100
Good news Liam that seems to have worked so what would be the work around now regarding disabling the Qos ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 9, 2022 Administrators Share Posted May 9, 2022 Try making a Traffic Prioritization rule to prioritize all ports for the device so 1-65535 source & destination, TCP/UDP and see if that works
