Just to confirm, you were having low speeds over Wi-Fi, correct? Are speeds still normal over wired?

If it's purely over wireless, I suspect for now that's about the most you'd get through the R2. The next firmware update includes some stability fixes with the R2s Wi-Fi but that may also help with throughput too.

Unfortunately lower connection is true cable

is it possible now to have 900 download on r2?

Yes, over wired you should be able to see the full speeds.

Could you run a Connection Benchmark test on the R2, then send over a screenshot of the results?

How else were you testing the speeds? Through a third-party speed test such as speedtest.net?

This is what I’m getting after factory reset from r2 menu

Are you getting these same speeds through a third party speed test such as speedtest.net?

Are ALL devices on the network connected to the R2?

True the Speedtest.net im geting only 105 via  cable  on laptop and yes everything is connected to r2

Could you please go to QoS and completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control, then run another speedtest.net test and let me know the results?

Yea i got a new modem the other day and can confirm when youre running speed tests QoS needs to be off to get accurate results... Also i believe speed testing in the net duma connection benchmark is always slightly lower i just think thats the way it is right now but you guys are working to increase accuracy right i believe you or Fraser have talked about this.

I’m using different laptop now it’s looks better but I’m not getting 900 or guaranteed 700 mbps with qos disabled

Do you know if you require PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers to get connected to the internet?

OK so instead of that, go to the BT hub interface (probably 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254 based on what I can find online) and configure PPPoE on there, then set the R2 to DHCP from Network Settings  -> WAN.

Then, reboot the R2 and test your speeds again.
