Right now the top site blocked by far is "ec.Walkme.com" not sure where this is coming from (other than this PC) is this something to worry about, I ran a Malwarebytes and did not find anything, it is more than 60% of my total.

Nothing to worry about, seems to be a service websites use to collect useful analytics, you will likely see weird domains that you haven't seen before, that's quite normal for tracking
