anybody gotta fix for this. ive tried resetting several times.Ive also tried to downgrade the firmware as well still having the same isses

All you need to do is download the .114 and .130 firmware versions from here: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/XR500.aspx#download then upload the .114 one, wait for that to complete, verify that you have access to the interface, then do the same for .130 and see if it works. All you need to do is download and then upload them to the router, the router takes care of everything else.
