Netduma Liam Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 I responded to your message earlier, but lets continue here. I'd suggest downgrading to the previous firmware then factory resetting. After that, upgrade back to the new firmware.

SolidOny Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 I am really intimidated on how to do that. I tried the ERASE trough settings. then updated using the most recent. then this started appearing. kinda lost.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15, 2022 Administrators Posted March 15, 2022 All you need to do is download the .114 and .130 firmware versions from here: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/XR500.aspx#download then upload the .114 one, wait for that to complete, verify that you have access to the interface, then do the same for .130 and see if it works. All you need to do is download and then upload them to the router, the router takes care of everything else.
