QoS wont be triggered if my Xbox is connected through VPN

Good idea the QoS but for me totally useless, sadly the only way i have to play is to be connected through a VPN, long story short i Live in Peru and here there isnt any game server, literally 0. Closest server of basically any game is in Chile, i ping Chile 30ms with vpn 200ms without vpn can you believe this? well is the sad truth.

In all of this QoS isnt triggered when i play, because it hasnt way to know that im actually playing if im over a vpn.... Too sad.

Any way to fix it? maybe to set up the QoS to autoenable when i connect a specific device i know there is something like that but i didnt really understand how to

Try adding a rule to Traffic Prioritisation for the Xbox and select the 'Games Console' service.

That should then prioritise all traffic from the Xbox and resolve your problem!

Congestion control always at 90%

bandwitch allocation 100% to Xbox and 0 to everything else with shared download and upload enabled

and rule added to traffic prioritization

Excellent. Let me know how that feels.

Also, do you know what protocol you're using that's being detected by the Work From Home rule in Traffic Prio? You should be able to tell by looking at Network Monitor.

A lot of traffic is being prioritised through that rule, perhaps disable it and see if your game improves then also.

Thanks for the screenshot, not too helpful unfortunately, have you disabled the work from home rule and has the console rule started prioritizing the game for you? If so are you having a better experience?
