CashewCakes
Hello can’t login into the app. I’ve made sure my iPhone is connected to the duma not the provider. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. I’ve made sure to select nighthawkpro instead of auto. It says my credentials are invalid. But these are the ones I login to desktop. Then my app crashes. best jay
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 27 Administrators Share Posted February 27 What iPhone and iOS version are you currently using? Is this the first time you're trying the app or is it something that has just happened?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 27 Administrators Share Posted February 27 What is the current version you're using on the XR? The app is only compatible if you're using DumaOS 3.0 so if you're running an older version that will be why it doesn't work

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 28 Administrators Share Posted February 28 Could you change the login credentials on the interface and then try to login to the app with those new credentials and see if it works please?

Could you please quickly clarify exactly which router you're using?

I'll ask the QA team to reproduce your issue and we'll see if we can. D3mon1c
D3mon1c
Another thing I've recently noticed is that when I use the app with my phone I then for some reason get disconnected from my wifi for some reason every time & I typically dont have wifi issues till I pull up the app then either the app just crashes on me entirely every time that happens or I can use the app & the wifi cuts in/out while using this app 24/7 but as soon as I close the app it stops the issues with the wifi
