If you disable filtering mode, do you get connected to a server in BR much quicker? Where is the server that you're getting connected to? It will still show up in the Geo-filter map.

In Ping Heatmap, I'd also suggest just going to the three-line menu in the top left and clicking 'Resync cloud', that will update your Ping Heatmap with the latest cloud update.

Thanks so I turned off filtering mode and it’s definitely only putting me in east coast servers with 90-120 ping. However today it’s really thrown me off because for the first time I’ve ever noticed it was playable and smooth at 100 ms. Could you help me narrow down what the issue or solution to the lag would be? Almost every time I play with friends I am lagging regardless of if their from across the country or in my city. My frames never drop below 90 and are typically at 150 so I can’t imagine it’s a frame issue?(could be wrong) I just don’t get it. I haven’t had one night where at some point I’m lagging every game I start and can’t get more than 1 or 2 kills tops because it’s so unplayable and then when It’s working I never finish a game with less than 5 or 10 kills minimum. Very frustrating. I have potential to make money gaming but not until I can figure out how to get consistent warzone performance like every other warzone streamer has at least with my equipment(3070, etc etc)

Also it’s always showing the central California server popping up a bunch then it puts me into a east coast server before it even pops up. If I turn on filtering mode to a 500 mile radius of Phoenix it will find no matches for any mode I want to play (Battle royale also most popular mode) which is ridiculous because I’m bordering the most populous state in the US.

One reason it might be better today vs yesterday is I’m getting triple the download speed I was yesterday. (325 mb/s today vs 95 mb/s yesterday). Should I monitor my speeds or is 100 mb/s adequate for a good connection? I’m supposed to get 1000 mb/s download and haven’t even gotten half that so far with the r2 connected directly to modem.

We can't access the videos but playing at pings like that you are likely to have some lag at least, there isn't much we can do if there doesn't seem to be a server on the West coast that it will connect you to. The one you're seeing in the West is an authentication server required for online play. Gaming doesn't use much bandwidth, usually less than 1Mbps so it's unlikely more download would help. Looking at your Benchmark there though your base line ping is quite spiky which won't be helping and that's something you'd need to go to the ISP about, no router can help with that.

I've also just noticed you're on an old version, upgrade to the latest https://forum.netduma.com/topic/38047-new-r2-firmware-30394/ then once upgraded (~5mins after upload) do a factory reset for a clean installation and see if anything is improved.

We also can't access the videos for some reason
