You said it was crashing but then you did those steps and that you now had internet so assumed you then had access - what do you see when you try to access the interface?

Depends sometimes  is a white screen  with circle in the middle and it keeps searching  for very long

Or the usual  window  bullshit no internet check proxy or firewall trouble shouting bla bla

Steps to reset are: Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface.

If you're sometimes getting the loading symbol then please try using another web browser/device and it may load - what web browser/device are you using currently?

Can you check what IP address you're getting from the R2?

If you're using Windows, open a command prompt (Win key + R, then type cmd and hit Enter) and enter the command ipconfig. Send over a screenshot of the output of this command please.

If you're not using Windows, let me know and we can provide alternative instructions.

Could you try it on a different device such as a mobile or tablet and see if you get the same thing please? I suspect if we can get you through the wizard we can get it working properly

Okay thanks for trying, it does seem recoverable, can you please unplug the router from power for 24 hours, then plug in, wait 2 minutes and try to access please. Leaving it this long can bring it back and make it work

Is what I have done this morning

I left it off all night and try at the morning  nothing

It has to be 24 hours specifically as that is what we've found helps in the past
