Blameless Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Trying to hard reset my rx500 but when it boots up it keeps certain things that I had already and is very laggy when I press certain options like Qos it doesn’t load up right away!
Newfoundland Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 Hi are you using the software reset or the rear pin hole? The rear pinhole needs to be pressed in for around 20 seconds to reset the router and is the best method to use.
