With all of that info i don't know what else to do regarding netduma tonight it was i was fire ping pong balls. Emptying a clip into players only to turn around to get two shot and dead, Watching the kill cam half of the bullets registered and they just shot me and i am down. I do everything, restart the modem, xbox and netduma same thing. What you guys suggest?

Where abouts are you forcing servers exactly? The Miami server is the closest to you and would give you the lowest ping - use Ping Heatmap to identify the best servers and use those. What is the average ping of the servers you normally go for as shown by the Geo-Filter and what do they show in the game?

Miami give me the highest ping, don't know how the hell that makes sense, further more the Heatmap don't show Black Ops 4 anymore

Ah that may be part of the issue in that there may not be as many servers available as it is an older game, do you experience the same on Warzone for example?

I don't play warzone just blackout

I'd download it just to check as it is free and more up to date, that would give you an indication but I do believe its because the game will have less servers and due to your location the ping would be higher.

If you have 3-digit-ping

try move your bandwidth up to 100% both

lag compensation has already favored you a bit for having such high ping.
