It limits the whole network to that amount so no device can saturate the connection and cause lag

I honestly don't know what's the problem or how to fix it

That's with QoS disabled completely and always shutting down the console fully?

Yes, I also have ddos protection disabled, do you think that could cause the issue? Is it possible?

With that kind of protection option it can drop packets so it is possible it miscategorized packets and dropped some packets required for the game, keep us posted

Hold off on a VPN for the moment, have you changed the DNS then? Can you provide a screenshot of the System Information page please?

Changing dns didn't help

Ahh you're on PPPoE, on the Internet Setup page do you have it set to Always connect? If not please do that and then I suspect that may resolve it

It was set to dial on demand

Can you modem be put in router mode or do you have another router that can handle PPPoE instead of the XR and see if you still get disconnects that way?

IL give it a try

In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects for the console.

I did exactly the same thing, Fraser. This should recall your momery. 😁
