That IP address there is from Amazon so that will be perfectly normal, the others though that have the IP address of the router are a little weird. Have you put your PC in the DMZ or anything like that?

It's not necessarily the Amazon site but their data services so for example, if you have an Alexa, Fire TV, Fire Tablet or even if you connected to an Amazon server when playing online. Have you done any port forwarding? Do you have remote management enabled?

in port forward one port I have open to torrents, and remote management is set as standard to " everyone and port "

Do you use remote management? If not set it to something more restrictive just to be sure.

Netgear logs show ip spoofing its a known bug been around for years dont worry and ignore the logs they are very paranoid.
