R2 Router Bricked!!!!

Need to send my R2 Router to get Fixed, tried everything its bricked, How do I RMA my R2  Router, still under warranty.  Help!!!! Please

Sorry to hear this! Are any lights illuminated on the R2 at all? Which power adapter are you using with the R2, is it the original one?

The internet light just blinks, then stops the blinks again, yes I'm using the power adapter that come with the router.

When did this first start to occur? Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then try to access please

I came home one day in late October, Kids said we have no internet, fix it, I looked through the forum before posting, tried everything on here,  no luck.

We can't authorize a replacement without going through the normal troubleshooting steps first, we can't go off I've tried everything unfortunately. Do the above as even if you have done it before it can work another time

OK, I followed your instructions to a tee, and it still don't work , the first light just keeps blinking, then all the lights blink for a sec. the back to the fist light blinking, can't get to the Dumaos  page.

While connected via ethernet to the router, on your PC open command prompt, type ipconfig, press enter then post the results here please
