R2 Geo-Filter not showing anything at all when gaming

I am playing Overwatch with the Netduma R2, but my Geo-Filter doesn't ping and show anything. No servers, nothing.

Try this and see if it works:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
5. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
6. Wait 2 minutes
7. Boot up application/game/client

As a side note, do I still set my PC as a Game Console or just set it as a PC on Device Manager?

Still leave it as PlayStation/console on the Device Manager so you can add it with the manual option on the Geo-Filter and it adds with the Games Console service.

i get same struggels and looking for help. 

a few days ago it worked. now IT just works in 1/10 cases. mostly nothing is shown when i search a game.

Can you share a screenshot of your current Geo-filter configuration? Have you followed the previous steps Fraser mentioned in this thread?
